Oven Baked Chicken Drumsticks
Ingredients:
5 pieces Chicken Drumsticks
½ tsp. Sea Salt
½ tsp. parsley flakes
½ tsp. brown sugar
½ tsp. oregano
½ tsp. cumin
½ tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. cayenne pepper (for spicy lovers)
1 tbsp. finely diced ginger
2 tbsp. olive oil

Directions:
- Dice ginger.
- Mix spices to diced ginger.
- Add about 2 tbsp olive oil to the spices.
- Rub marinate well onto the chicken drumsticks.
- Cover and let marinated in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

Cover the tray with foil and bake at 425°F for about 30 – 40 minutes until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F. Continue to bake chicken to your preference, though some people prefer 175°F for drumsticks.
Let rest for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to seep into the chicken.
