Oven Baked Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients:

5 pieces Chicken Drumsticks

½ tsp. Sea Salt

½ tsp. parsley flakes

½ tsp. brown sugar

½ tsp. oregano

½ tsp. cumin

½ tsp. black pepper

½ tsp. cayenne pepper (for spicy lovers)

1 tbsp. finely diced ginger

2 tbsp. olive oil

Directions:

  1. Dice ginger.
  2. Mix spices to diced ginger.
  3. Add about 2 tbsp olive oil to the spices.
  4. Rub marinate well onto the chicken drumsticks.
  5. Cover and let marinated in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

Cover the tray with foil and bake at 425°F for about 30 – 40 minutes until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F. Continue to bake chicken to your preference, though some people prefer 175°F for drumsticks.

Let rest for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to seep into the chicken.
