Oven Roasted Cashews

Ingredients:

Organic Raw Cashews

Olive oil (or any cooking oil)   

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Line cookie tray with parchment paper and pour enough cashews to cover the whole tray
  3. Lightly coat cashews with about 2 tbsp of olive oil or cooking oil of your choice
  4. When oven is done preheating, place tray of cashews in oven and bake for a total of 12 – 13 minutes, stirring every 4 minutes to prevent cashews from burning
  5. After 12 –13 minutes, allow the cashews to cool on the cookie tray for at least 30 minutes. This will allow the cashews to harden and develop more of a golden brown color

Enjoy as is, in salads, in parfaits and granola, and in trail mixes!
