Sugar Free Granola and Nuts
Ingredients:
6 cups of One Degree Organic Foods Organic Sprouted Rolled Oats
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup cashews
1 cup macadamias
1 cup almonds
1 cup walnuts
1 cup pecans
½ cup pine nuts

Baking Instructions:
- Combine rolled oats, nuts (if using pine nuts, add them at the end as these are small nuts and will burn easily), cinnamon, salt
- Preheat oven to 325 F
- Combine extra virgin olive oil and vanilla extract
- Add in the olive oil mixture to the rolled oat a few spoonful at a time and mix
- Divide the mixture evenly between two standard cookie trays
- Place tray in the middle rack of oven and bake at 325 F for 20 minutes
- Remove from oven and let cool

The fiber and carbs from the oats and the protein from the nuts makes this recipe the perfect pre and post workout meal!
Combined with milk, peanut butter or parfait for the ultimate healthy snack to fuel your day!
