Oven Baked Wild Salmon

Ingredients:

2 lbs wild salmon

        

2 tbsp avocado oil

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp ground celery powder

½ tsp dry parsley

½ tsp brown sugar

Half of a lemon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit and grease baking tray
  2. Pat salmon dry
  3. Mix salmon with avocado oil, salt, black pepper, ground celery powder, parsley, and brown sugar
  4. Bake in oven for about 50 minutes or until temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit
  5. Let cool for about 10 minutes and drizzle with lemon juice before serving. 

    Wild salmon is an excellent source of protein and heart healthy Omega-3 fatty acids. Enjoy!
