Oven Baked Wild Salmon
Ingredients:
2 lbs wild salmon
2 tbsp avocado oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp ground celery powder
½ tsp dry parsley
½ tsp brown sugar
Half of a lemon

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit and grease baking tray
- Pat salmon dry
- Mix salmon with avocado oil, salt, black pepper, ground celery powder, parsley, and brown sugar
- Bake in oven for about 50 minutes or until temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit
- Let cool for about 10 minutes and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
