Pineapple bun: Baked fresh, warm, moist bread with slightly crunch and slightly sweet topping. Simple and delicious!

Wife cake: slightly sweet filling. The texture of the filling is very mochi-like which makes this unique.

BBQ Pork and Pineapple bun: The bbq pork has great flavor – a combination of sweet, salty, and five spice. The quality of the meat is good, and is great with the pineapple bun topping

Tsim Chai Noodle

Wonton and Siu Gao mixed noodles: The wonton and siu gao are packed with shrimp and veggies. Great quality ingredients. I didn’t like the noodles because it had a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Rating: 3.5 out of 5 for the entire dish because the noodles tasted bitter BUT if it were just for the wonton and siu gao, 5 out of 5

H.K. B.B.Q. Master

BBQ pork and Roast pork over rice: BBQ pork is tender, juicy, slightly sweet, and cooked to perfection. The roast pork is moist, good lean mean to fat ratio, and skin is crispy.

Roast duck: Roast duck is very moist, slightly gamey

Soy Chicken: Delicious ginger, scallion topping and also juicy and tender meat

Beef slices noodle soup: Broth is not gamey at all. Great spice flavor in soup, not too salty which I love. Not a lot of meat, but great taste
