Ha Gao: Best Shrimp dumpling (ha-gao) ever! Wrapper is thin and the shrimp has the perfect crunch and snap to it

Truffle Siu Mai: Moist and juicy. The truffle really shines through with the siu mai

Celery and peanuts dumpling: Their take on Cantonese style Chiu Chow Fun Gao. The celery taste is very strong and flavorful yet not overpowering. Crunch peanuts compliment the celery

BBQ Pork Buns: Good quality bbq pork but a bit on the bland side

Stir Fry Beef Noodle: Good wok hei. This taste standard, like something you can get in most Cantonese restaurants. One thing is it doesn’t appear to be that oily

Lava Buns: Moise and pillowy soft bun with a salty and sweet egg yolk, custard like filling. Great dessert

Big disappointment with their signature bbq pork bun. It used to have more flavor and a crispy and sweet crunchy topping on the bun. Most dished we ordered are outstanding compared to other dim sum restaurants. It would be nice if all of Chef Tony’s restaurants are more consistent.
Cho Long Bing (Pinwheel cakes) Mochi texture dessert and slightly crispy edges on the outside. Comes with various fillings. We had the coconut, black sesame, peanuts, and custard filling. Great quality on all flavors

Chef Tony Cuisine
Cantonese 3 item Combo: Classic Cantonese takeout food. Great for families and great to share. Most items are better at restaurants but this is solid of take out.
