Black Vinegar Spareribs: The black vinegar really stands out. Fragrant is strong and flavor is strong as well. This taste like sweet and sour pork. I can do without the pine nuts since they don’t add much to the taste of the dish except increasing the price

Fried eel in stone claypot: The eel seemed more braised than fried. It is delicious with the spring onions. However, the liquid that the eel was braised in is extremely oily. Not worth it for $60.00

Crab Meat Xiao Long Bao: Just a tiny drop of minced crab meat on top of the xiao long bao. The filling inside is a mixture of mostly ground pork and supposedly crab meat. They should call this pork xiao long bao because the filling seems to be mostly pork. Flavor wise, not much difference between the pork xiao long bao and the crab xiao long bao.

Beef Xiao Bing: Thin slices of beef and cucumber between a flaky crust. The crust is great. My first time having xiao bing so can’t say if it’s authentic. The whole thing was bland and lacking flavor though I like the flakiness of the xiao bing

Chicken and Chinese Sausage Claypot Rice: Claypot rice had only a slight crisp on the bottom even though I asked them to took it crispy. They Chinese sausage is standard and I love that they give you a whole piece of chicken. Most other claypot rice are small slices of chicken. The protein to rice ratio is very good

Pork and Chives Pancake: Chives was not overwhelming and just the right amount. The pork adds a nice juiciness to it and the pancake was crispy on the outside and had a nice chew to it
